According to NASA, the eclipse commenced in Oregon at 9:13 am PDT and was projected to conclude in Texas at 12:03 pm CDT. It was anticipated that the eclipse would subsequently be observable from Mexico and Central America, encompassing Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.
