Warrant obtained to search Trump's Twitter account
Special counsel Jack Smith has obtained a warrant for Twitter to turn over former President Donald Trump’s account information. New court documents show Smith’s team obtained a search warrant in January and a judge fined the company $350,000 for its delay in turning over records related to Trump’s Twitter account. The court also “found probable cause to search the Twitter account for evidence of criminal offenses." Neither Trump's campaign nor the special counsel's office has commented on the matter.
