Nationwide art project lands in Phoenix, putting a spotlight on immigrants

The art project is called ?Inside Out 11M? and it offers a portrait of America through the eyes of immigrants and their descendants. The project is also being used to urge Congress to create a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers brought to this country as children.
