The maker of Good Brain Tonic recalled all bottles of the product over fears of botulism, a potentially deadly form of food poisoning.

Good Brain Tonic was sold in 16oz. and 32oz. amber bottles with a plastic cap, according to the Food and Drug Administration recall notice. The bottles were sold in retail stores across the country and online. It was produced by the Liquid Blenz Corporation, which is based in Rockville Centre, New York.

The FDA explained botulism can cause multiple symptoms, including weakness, dizziness, double vision, and trouble speaking or swallowing. The agency urged anyone experiencing those symptoms to seek immediate medical attention.
