PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Friday is day 21 of the partial Federal government shutdown, and Friday is also the first time that hundreds of thousands of federal workers will be feeling the impact of the present shutdown.
Friday is the day they're not getting a paycheck, and that includes a lot of workers in the Valley. Meanwhile, folks at St. Mary's Food Bank are looking to help by extending their food distribution times. They are set to hold a special mobile pantry for affected TSA workers next week.
FOX 10's John Hook and Kari Lake spoke with St. Mary's Food Bank's Jerry Brown.
