Police seek west Phoenix McDonald's armed robbery suspects

Police are on the hunt for two mask-wearing suspects who allegedly fired gunshots inside a west Phoenix McDonald's before taking cash from the registers and fleeing on foot.

Phoenix police say the armed robbery happened at a McDonald's near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road on Tuesday at 11:30 p.m.

Upon entering the fast food restaurant, police say one of the suspects jumped over the counter and fired one gunshot.

The suspects then took money from multiple registers and left the McDonald's on foot heading northwest.

No one was injured during the robbery.
