I-17 SB lanes reopen after accident involving a semi

PHOENIX - A jackknifed semi truck has been cleared from the road after blocking the I-17 southbound near Deer Valley, according to the Arizona Dept. of Transportation.

No details have been released yet about what led up to the accident.
