The Outlets at Anthem, north of the Valley, has a new name. The shopping center is now called Outlets North Phoenix. Every year it gets into the holiday spirit with a giant Christmas tree. It says the name change is in response to the rapid growth in the north Phoenix area. It was named Outlets at Anthem back in 2002.
