FOX 10 salutes Petty Officer 1st Class Steve Heyliger. The Phoenix native serves at Aviation Swimmer School. Heyliger graduated from Washington High School in 2009. He says the biggest thing he learned from growing up in Phoenix was to be resourceful and self-reliant. Heyliger joined the Navy 12 years ago and serves as a Naval Aircrewman Helicopter.
