A Phoenix dog is a finalist in a national contest called the Dirty Dogs. The organization helps get dogs adopted by giving them a makeover. One of the dogs is at the Arizona Humane Society, and her name is Bella, a 12-year-old miniature Poodle. Her owner had an illness and had to give her up.
