A bill that would allow the immediate deportations of illegal immigrants who drive under the influence has passed in the House on Capitol Hill. The legislation is named in part after Brandon Mendoza, a Mesa Police officer who was killed in 2014 when a drunk driver crashed into his patrol vehicle.
