Uvalde releases body cam footage from school shooting
New body camera video is out from the city of Uvalde. News organizations had been pushing for the footage because of the botched police response to the deadly school shooting. This 9-minute video shows a number of law enforcement officers on the scene just a few minutes after the first 911 call. Police are hearing a gun being shot from inside the school. Some are seen breaking an exterior window to help kids escape. But, as we now know, no one broke into the actual classroom where children were being shot until more than 70 minutes later.
