Charles Ryan: Former AZ prisons director back in court
Charles Ryan is facing one felony count of discharging a firearm in city limits and disorderly conduct. He was arrested in January of last year when officer responded to his home for a call of a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound. According to court documents, Ryan's wife told officers that he had been drinking and fired a gun in the bathroom.
