Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs said the state is working closely with survivors of the devastating flash flooding in Globe in order to make sure they get the help they need. In addition, Gov. Hobbs said the state's emergency management director was in Gila County to survey the damage.

Storm damages Phoenix Zoo, knocking trees and displays down

The Phoenix Zoo is closing for a few days to clean up from Monday's storm damage. A giant Christmas tree used for zoo lights was knocked into the water, and more than a dozen trees went down. Workers were able to bring the animals to their night enclosures.
