Approximately 16,809 dressers were recalled because they are unstable and if the product isn’t anchored to the wall, raising the risk of a tip-over and entrapment danger, which may lead to serious injuries or death to children.

No injuries have been reported from use of the dressers, which violate mandatory safety standards set by the STURDY Act, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Why you should care:

The recall involves EnHomee 9-Drawer Fabric Dressers which come in white, brown, gray, and black. Consumer Product Safety Commission officials note that the dressers have nine fabric drawers, with metal frames.

CPSC officials said the affected dressers were sold on Walmart.com between September 2023 and March 2026 for $80.

If I have the recalled dresser, what should I do with it?

What you can do:

Owners of these dressers should immediately stop using them if they are not anchored to the wall and place them in a place that children cannot access.

Consumers can call Raybee-Direct for instructions on how to identify affected dressers and dispose of them to receive a refund.

The company will ask consumers to submit a photo to RaybeeRecall@outlook.com showing their disposal of the dresser.
