We have obtained exclusive video in the case of Lori Vallow, the so-called 'Doomsday Mom' who is accused of murdering two of her children. The video, which dates back to January 2020, shows authorities finding her with her new husband, Chad Daybell, vacationing in Hawaii. At the time, authorities were serving a court order in relation to the then-disappearance of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan. Both JJ and Tylee were later found dead. FOX 10's Justin Lum reports.

After weeks of testimonies, both the prosecution and defense team in the trial of Lori Vallow have rested their case. The so-called 'Doomsday Mom' is accused of murdering two of her children, as well as being accused of conspiring to kill the wife of her current husband, Chad Daybell.

On this day, Idaho Attorney General's Office lead investigator Nicholas Edwards took the stand as the final witness for the prosecution. Edwards, who assisted in the investigation into the death of Chad Daybell's ex-wife, Tammy, testified about texts between Lori and Chad, saying Tammy had two life insurance policies that both paid out to Chad. On May 4, which marked the 22nd day of Lori Vallow's murder trial, a Gibert police officer who led an investigation into the attempted murder of Brandon Boudreaux took the stand. Boudreaux is the nephew-in-law of the so-called 'Doomsday Mom.' FOX 10's Justin Lum reports.

The remains of Lori Vallow's children, JJ and Tylee, were found in her husband Chad Daybell's backyard. Daybell is facing several murder charges and had a status conference on May 4. His trial is now set for June 2024.

We've seen multiple detectives from the Chandler Police Department testify regarding the murder of Lori Vallow's fourth husband Charles, but this is the first time someone with Gilbert Police has taken the stand.
