Attorneys for William Hines asked a judge to reconsider whether there was probable cause behind the 18-year-old's murder and kidnapping charges. The attorneys claimed there were varying levels of participation between the suspects, and no eye witnesses reported seeing Hines hit Lord. The judge ultimately denied the motion, saying Hines was given a fair grand jury presentation.
