Veteran in Arizona celebrates 100th birthday

A Valley veteran is celebrating a big milestone on Saturday - his 100th birthday. Walter Hall is a Purple Heart recipient following a tour in the army. He says he feels blessed to be surrounded by his wife and family.

U.S. Navy sub to be named 'USS Arizona'

For the first time in over eight decades, a U.S. Navy ship will carry the name 'Arizona.' The new USS Arizona is a submarine that is currently being built in Connecticut. This USS Arizona will be the first Navy vessel to carry the name 'Arizona' since a battleship with the same name was destroyed during the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.
