As part of a plea deal, Patrick Battillo pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. Under his plea agreement, four additional charges he faced were dropped.

Scottsdale Police have released new video showing the arrest of Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks. In the video, the officer told Brooks his vehicle smells like a marijuana dispensary. FOX 10's Megan Spector reports.

Scottsdale Police have released body camera footage of Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks, as he was being placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Brooks was pulled over overnight, but was later released.
