Talking to reporters, Kyler Murray didn’t condone the smack but also didn’t act as if he wanted to hold a grudge.

“At some point, enough is enough,” Murray said. “Again, it is not about the toughness and how hard we play, that’s never the question. It’s just about executing, playing faster, getting our tempo going. I think you can tell the difference between the first half and second half.”

Murray was high-fiving front-row spectators at Allegiant Stadium following Byron Murphy Jr.’s game-ending fumble return on Sunday when a man appeared to reach out and smack Murray in the face with an open hand.
