While we're bracing for record heat in the Southwest, other parts of the country are seeing heavy snow and white out conditions.

The heat is on! Today could be our last day under triple digits in the Valley until next week.

While March is usually an attractive time of year in Phoenix, an incoming historic heatwave is shaking up the Valley. FOX 10'S Ashlie Rodriguez has more on this record heat, while the eastern part of the U.S. gets slammed with blizzard and icy conditions.

As temperatures are expected to reach the 100s this week, many hikers are getting an early start this week to beat the heat. FOX 10's Irene Snyder learns more on how locals and visitors are dealing with the hot weather.

Blizzard conditions are sweeping across parks of the Midwest, with parts of Wisconsin and Michigan expecting more than two feet of snow.

Parts of the Phoenix area could see triple-digit temperatures this week, and with this record-breaking heat wave, some are already getting ready for some summer-like conditions. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.

Phoenix is expecting a stretch of record heat that could also bring the earliest 100-degree days the Valley has ever seen.

Here in the Valley, we may be bracing for triple digits, but the Midwest is dealing with a completely different kind of weather -- blizzards and heavy snow. Robert Ray from the FOX Weather Team shows us what it's like in Marquette, Michigan.

This week, the Valley could see its earliest 100-degree day on record, and with a lot of people in town for spring break, now is an important time to remind everyone to take precautions when out on hiking trails. FOX 10's Irene Snyder reports.
