Kelvin Fire: Wildfire near Kearny now 100% contained

The Kelvin Fire, according to Forestry officials, has burned an estimated 250 acres of land, and Forestry crews, along with Bureau of Land Management crews, are battling the fire.

The Pima County Sheriff's Office says the Finger Rock trailhead, Ventana Canyon trailhead, Pima Canyon trailhead, Rose Canyon trailhead, and Sabino Canyon overflow parking are closed due to the fire. The fire is burning in the Catalina Mountains, two miles north of the Craycroft and the Placita Alta Reposa area.
