Trump walks out of closing arguments during trial

Donald Trump abruptly walked out of closing arguments Friday during his defamation trial in New York. The former president walked out minutes after the judge threatened to send Trump's attorney to jail for continuing to talk after her time was up. Trump took the stand in his own defense on Thursday but left angrily saying he didn't get an opportunity to refute E. Jean Carroll's sexual abuse accusations. Carroll is asking for more than $10 million in damages. Trump was supposed to be in Phoenix Friday night for a Republican fundraiser, but that event was canceled citing Trump's court obligations.
