Altercation between two men turns deadly in Phoenix on Oct. 18
PHOENIX - An Oct. 18 altercation turned deadly between two men who've known each other for a few months, says Phoenix Police.
Juan Reyes, 23, is accused of killing Scott Russell, 49, around 7 a.m. on Sunday near 21st Avenue and Williams Drive.
Russell was pronounced deceased on the scene after he was struck with an unknown object, police say.
Reyes was booked into jail.
