PHOENIX - The northbound lanes of Interstate 17 in Phoenix have reopened after a law enforcement situation temporarily shut down the freeway on Nov. 6.
During the closure, all traffic was being taken off the freeway at Grant Street.
The southbound lanes were not affected by the closure.
