Recall issued for food linked to deadly outbreak

A deadly outbreak of listeria is being linked to chicken alfredo fettucine that was sold at Kroger and Walmart, and several items are now under recall. (In Arizona, Kroger operates as Fry's.)

Arizona AG Mayes opposes proposed APS rate hike

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes says she is against a proposed 14% APS rate hike. The increase would cost an estimated $20 extra per month for the average customer. Mayes says the rate hike is an attempt to pad corporate profits.
