Man pleads guilty to stealing from Phoenix election center

Walter Ringfield was charged with computer tampering, theft, burglary and criminal trespassing. Investigators say he stole a security fob from the Maricopa County Election Center last year. DPS says Ringfield was caught on camera at the Arizona Capitol days earlier, stealing seven challenge coins and three coasters from a security staff member's desk. Police also said Ringfield removed $9,500 worth of vintage jewelry from mannequins at the Phoenix Art Museum. Ringfield pleaded guilty in all four cases.
