Surveillance footage shows the chaos at around 7:30 p.m. Investigators say there was also an argument between two groups before shots rang out. Officers from multiple agencies did a complete sweep of the mall but were unable to find the shooter. Anyone with information is asked to called Tempe Police at 480-350-8311.
