2 hurt in construction vehicle crash on I-10

DPS says a large construction-type vehicle crashed into the center wall along eastbound I-10 near Chandler Boulevard. The driver and passenger were hospitalized.

Man sentenced for shooting Phoenix PD detective

Aaron Ware, 25, was sentenced to life in prison, and more than 58 additional years, for multiple shootings in the Valley, including one that seriously injured a Phoenix Police detective, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said.
