The robot will start out in Tempe and Mesa before becoming fully operational throughout the rest of the Valley. "Dot" can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour, travel on streets, sidewalks and driveways, and can handle up to six large pizza boxes or 30 pounds of cargo.
