"The evidence in this case will prove to you beyond reasonable doubt that this defendant conspired with Alex Cox and others to kill Brandon [Boudreaux]," Kay said.

Starting June 6 if you get caught by one of the new photo enforcement cameras in Tempe, you'll be getting a ticket. Red light and speed enforcement cameras have been monitoring 14 busy intersections with a high-risk history of speeding and crashes. The systems were activated on May 7, but up until now, drivers who were caught only received a warning.
