Neighbor in video of missing Buckeye boy speaks out

It's been exactly one month since 10-year-old Jesse Wilson went missing from his home in Buckeye and still no sign of the boy. Wednesday Buckeye police released body camera footage from a few months back when an officer was called out to Wilson's house. And Thursday night the neighbor who was can in the footage speaks with FOX 10.
