Prosecutors have filed a “notice of intent to seek the death penalty” in the Chad Daybell case, saying the murders of two children and his late wife Tammy were committed for remuneration and especially "heinous, atrocious or cruel.”

Months after her husband's death, relatives of Lori Vallow worried about the whereabouts of the couple’s 7-year-old son, and even the boy’s school in Arizona relayed a lie Vallow told that raised red flags: that his father had died from suicide.
