Downtown Phoenix New Year's Eve Block Party set for Dec. 31

The biggest New Year's Eve celebration in downtown Phoenix is back. A block party will be held Dec. 31 at Margaret T. Hance Park near Central and Portland. The annual event was put on hold last year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
