Phoenix area sees back-to-back immigration protests

In the last three night's the Phoenix area has seen immigration enforcement protests pop up around the Valley. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has more on the protests, as well as the arrest of one of the protesters.

For the second time in as many days, protesters took over an intersection in the Phoenix area on Sunday, and police even say a patrol vehicle was driven by a person for a short distance. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean has the latest.

Man shot during argument in Glendale, suspect in custody

A 43-year-old man was found shot near Grand and Myrtle Avenues just before 9 p.m. on Jan. 12. Glendale Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument between two men at a convenience store. The 33-year-old suspect in the shooting turned himself in. The victim suffered serious injuries. Police say the suspect is cooperating with investigators.

Man killed in police shooting mistaken for another person: Peoria PD

Peoria Police say Glendale Police officers were in the area of 47th Avenue and Butler for when they encountered a 46-year-old Tucson man sitting nearby, and believed he was involved in a domestic incident that happened in the area of 47th Avenue and Glendale.
