Some AZ lawmakers working to ban panhandling

There's an effort at the state capitol to stop panhandlers from asking for money in medians and freeway ramps. The bill's sponsor says it will save lives and prevent accidents, but critics say it would violate people's rights. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has the latest.
