Ziggy, according to officials with the Arizona Small Dog Rescue, came to them when he was about 2.5 weeks old. Ziggy, who was born with a cleft palate, was severely dehydrated and underweight. Now, officials are working to nurse the puppy back to health. FOX 10's Anita Roman reports.
