Arizona county supervisors indicted by Grand Jury

The two people, 61-year-old Peggy Judd and 64-year-old Tom Crosby, are supervisors for Cochise County, which is located in Southeastern Arizona. Judd and Crosby are accused of conspiring to delay the county's vote canvass after the November 2022 election, as well as interfering with the state's election canvass process. Both face up to 2.5 years in prison, for each indicted count, if convicted.

UArizona students, staff stage sit-in

The sit-in, which happened at UArizona's College of Education, took place in protest of the university's decision to place two professors on leave after they held a class discussion about Israel and Gaza. Man accused of assaulting Martha McSally in court

The man who police say assaulted former Arizona Sen. Martha McSally while she was jogging in Iowa has waived his right to extradition. Police say Dominic Henton followed McSally as she jogged along the Missouri River. McSally says Henton came up behind her, gave her a bear hug and fondled her. Henton was booked into a Nebraska jail for assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. He will be held without bond until Iowa authorities can retrieve him.

Police ID Martha McSally assault suspect

Police in Council Bluffs, Iowa have shared photos of the man accused of assaulting former Arizona Senator Martha McSally. Police say 25-year-old Dominic Henton followed McSally as she jogged along a pedestrian bridge. McSally was in Iowa to give a speech on overcoming adversity and fear. Henton is believed to be a transient who is often at the Missouri Riverfront on both the Iowa and Nebraska sides.
