Arizona county supervisors indicted by Grand Jury
The two people, 61-year-old Peggy Judd and 64-year-old Tom Crosby, are supervisors for Cochise County, which is located in Southeastern Arizona. Judd and Crosby are accused of conspiring to delay the county's vote canvass after the November 2022 election, as well as interfering with the state's election canvass process. Both face up to 2.5 years in prison, for each indicted count, if convicted.

Police say 25-year-old Dominic Henton followed McSally as she jogged along a pedestrian bridge. McSally was in Iowa to give a speech on overcoming adversity and fear. Henton is believed to be a transient who is often at the Missouri Riverfront on both the Iowa and Nebraska sides.
