A west Valley congregation is back together for the first time since a fire destroyed St. William Catholic Church. Even though they're at a new location now, the mission remains the same. FOX 10's Dominique Newland has the story.

Autopsy released for teen shot by Avondale PD

An autopsy report has been released for 17-year-old Amarion Hope, who was shot by an Avondale officer near Dysart and Buckeye Roads. Police say Hope was shoplifting and tried to choke the officer and grab their gun. According to the autopsy, Hope was shot several times and the bullet that killed him was fired through his back. Hope's family filed a lawsuit, saying he was unarmed and body camera video shows he was shot while running away. Police say an investigation showed the shooting was justified and the officer was cleared of any wrongdoing.
