Fire breaks out in basement of downtown Phoenix hotel

Dozens of firefighters responded to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, near 2nd Street and Adams, on Sunday night after a fire broke out in the basement. One hotel guest was hospitalized with chest pains, the fire department said.
