Brass knuckle ban for minors passed in Tempe
The Tempe City Council unanimously voted on Thursday night in favor of banning the sale of brass knuckles for minors. The ordinance, passed on Sept. 5, prohibits minors from possessing or buying brass knuckles, or any similar item.
