Two people were injured by bullet fragments when a gun went off inside a dispensary near the Loop 101 and McDowell Road. Tolleson Police say a man was trying to reach his wallet when he accidentally fired a shot from a handgun. The two people who were hurt suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the man who fired the shot fled the scene before police arrived.

A driver was hurt in a fiery crash on Nov. 15 near Grand and Myrtle Avenues. Glendale Police say the driver was trapped inside the car after the crash and had to be pulled out by firefighters. The driver of a second vehicle involved in the crash was not hurt. Police are investigating whether impairment was a factor in the crash.
