Man killed in Phoenix hit-and-run, driver sought

According to police, a man was killed while crossing the street on Oct. 24 near 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road. The hit-and-run driver was described by witnesses as a woman in her 40s who was driving a gray Jeep Cherokee.
