July 4th is a holiday, and that means a number of city services and/or offices will be closed in commemoration of Independence Day. Here's a list of what's open and closed this Friday.

A man was found shot to death Wednesday near 79th Avenue and Roosevelt Street, police said. Authorities have not identified the victim, and no suspects are in custody. Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
