End of MLB lockout means small businesses, vendors can begin making money again

Phoenix area businesses grew concerned over the MLB lockout as the league and players worked to come to an agreement. Why? Because they weren't able to set up their food trucks and vendor tables at the spring training facilities. Now that the lockout is over, the businesses are busy stocking up on inventory, preparing for sales once again.
