Flagstaff man says forest service’s lacking response to Tunnel Fire caused millions in losses

Local businessman Robert Miller who owns three homes that were destroyed by the Tunnel Fire says a lawsuit is a possibility. He wants people fired up and pushing for change in the forest service.
