Judge sanctions former Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem

A judge has issued a sanction against former Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem in connection with his lawsuit challenging the results of the November 2022 election. The judge said Finchem and his attorney acted in bad faith when they filed a 'ground lawsuit' against his challenger Adrian Fontes and then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. This is the third time Finchem has been sanctioned by the courts over his lawsuits.
