Driver detained following rollover crash in Tempe

Police say the crash happened near Baseline and Kyrene Roads underneath a railroad crossing arm. Impairment is believed to be a factor in the crash. The driver fled the scene after the crash but was found by officers and detained. Other people inside the car suffered minor injuries.
