Some may have noticed, but for those who haven't, Saguaro cacti are in bloom across Arizona's lower desert. The Saguaro Bloom was designated as Arizona's state flower in 1931, and FOX 10 Photojournalist Louis Tortora gives us a look at the spectacular flowers from Picacho Peak State Park.
