Judge dismisses Michael Turney murder case
Michael Turney, who was arrested in 2020 for the presumed death of Alissa Turney in 2001, was accused of murdering his teenage stepdaughter. The judge's ruling came a week after the trial began, and it also means that Turney cannot be charged with murder again for the same incident in the future. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
